Welcome to OnPoint Mobile Detail! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and maintenance detailing. Service specifics will be outlined in your appointment confirmation.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
• Booking: Appointments must be scheduled via our website, phone, or booking platform. Upon successful booking, a confirmation will be sent.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total service cost.
• Cancellations:
• If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date.
• Cancellations without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the deposit being forfeited, and 50% of the service cost will be charged.
3. Payment Terms
• Pricing: All pricing is subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle and additional services required. Final pricing will be confirmed upon inspection before the service begins.
• Payments: Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards, cash, etc.
• Late Fees: If payment is not received within 24 hours of service completion, a late fee equal to the cost of the service will be applied.
4. Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure that your vehicle is accessible and available for the scheduled service.
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
• If personal belongings are not removed, an additional charge may be applied to cover the extra time and labor required.
5. Service Limitations
• We reserve the right to decline services if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for detailing (e.g., excessive damage, hazardous materials).
• Results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle, age, and prior treatments.
6. Liability
• We are committed to providing high-quality services and will handle your vehicle with care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear, including but not limited to paint, upholstery, or mechanical issues.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance after the service (e.g., washing, waxing, or exposure to harsh elements).
7. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
• Some services (e.g., ceramic coatings) may include a limited warranty. Specific warranty terms will be provided upon service.
• If you are unsatisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.
